I always love getting my Jetta inspected by Faulkner. They have a nice lobby with unlimited coffee and water available. When I was there yesterday, someone brought in a ton of doughnuts for the Faulkner employees. The one customer service guy, Stephen, asked me if I would like a doughnut which was the dumbest question in the world as doughnuts are my favorite food and biggest weakness.
